Case studies // Trase
Built the web presence for a governed AI platform sold where failure is not an option.
We combine years of experience with the best technology to
build websites and products for companies who want to move faster.
About
Trase builds governed AI for the buyers with the least room for error: health systems, government agencies, defense teams, and regulated enterprises. One platform to run, build, and deploy AI agents, with your data under your control.
Trase came to Native with the design already done. Our job was the build: take a finished enterprise design to production, at full quality, in two weeks.

The challenge
A company that sells governance and predictability cannot afford a web presence that signals anything less. The site had to carry three product lines and three verticals without confusion, speak to hospital administrators and defense procurement in the same breath, and hold up under enterprise scrutiny from the day it went live.
It also had two weeks. Enterprise buyers in regulated industries do not impulse-buy, so the site's job is to survive weeks of evaluation, legal review, and forwarded links, and still end in "talk to an expert." None of that is achievable if the build cuts corners to hit the date.
The solution
Trase gave us the design. We built it, and the whole discipline of this engagement was refusing to let anything go missing on the way into code. Most of what gets lost between a design file and a production site is lost in a handoff. There was no handoff here: the people reading the design were the people writing the code.
We built it in Astro, static-first, which is the decision the rest of the result rests on. A content-heavy enterprise site has to stay fast everywhere procurement opens it, including on a hospital network. The homepage ships eight kilobytes of JavaScript. Most marketing sites of this size ship thirty times that, and the buyer waiting for one to load has no idea why it is slow, only that it is.
We built the information architecture an enterprise evaluation actually follows: products, solutions by vertical, resources, newsroom, pricing, each answering a different stage of the buying committee's questions. And we built it to be lived in. Trase's team publishes to the blog and newsroom on their own, without us in the loop.
The results
The site went live at trase.ai two weeks after kickoff. It now fronts every stage of Trase's enterprise motion, from a first search to the diligence pass before a signed contract, and it is in active use: Trase's team ships posts and newsroom entries on it month after month, which is what a build without handoffs is supposed to make possible.
A few weeks after launch, Trase raised $107M.

We built trase.ai in two weeks. Trase raised $107M a few weeks after it went live. We are not going to tell you the site did that. We will tell you that the companies raising rounds like that one do not wait three months for a website.
