About
Omni Lab is a demand generation and paid media agency for B2B SaaS teams. Their business is pipeline: they are hired to make other companies' marketing convert, which means their own website gets judged harder than most.
Omni Lab came to Native for a complete rebuild. One engagement covered strategy, design, and development, and moved them off Webflow onto a stack they own, in three weeks.
From kickoff to live.

Thanks again to Bradford Huber and team for the amazing work on the website. Quite honestly, the best partner we've ever had.
The challenge
Omni Lab knew their site was wrong. They could not say why.
That is the harder version of this brief. There was no list of complaints to work through, just an out-of-date Webflow site that no longer looked like the standard the company had grown into. A brief like that usually turns into months of discovery, or into one big reveal the client has to accept or reject on the spot.
Two things made it harder:
- The parts Omni Lab did like were not up for negotiation. The brand, the logo, and the positioning were working, and a rebuild that quietly rewrote them would have solved the wrong problem.
- The site was not a brochure. Years of blog posts and podcast episodes were doing real search work, and none of it could be left behind on the old platform.
The solution
We replaced the reveal with a conversation. Instead of presenting one direction and defending it, we put many in front of them, quickly, and let recognition do the work a discovery deck usually fails at. AI is what makes that volume affordable: exploring a dozen directions costs about what defending one used to. The judgment stayed where it belongs, with the people who know the business and the people who would build the site.
Once a direction landed we solidified it, took the homepage to production, then worked outward through the rest of the site at the same rhythm. To see what the site had already been through, we pulled its earlier versions off the Wayback Machine, which is how you learn what a company has tried and abandoned without asking anyone to remember it.
The brand, logo, and positioning came through unchanged, by decision rather than by default. What changed was the container. The rebuild shipped on Next.js and Sanity, and every post and episode came with it.
The results
The site went live at omnilabconsulting.com three weeks after kickoff, and every blog post and podcast episode kept the exact URL it had on Webflow. A migration that renames things costs a company its search results. This one did not rename anything.
The real result is what happened after launch. Omni Lab ships pages on their own now, on a stack that does not charge them per seat or cap what a page can be. In the weeks after the rebuild a thirteen-page product section went live for OmniOS, the platform they had been building in stealth. On the old site that would have been a project.
