1. Who we are
This website, native.agency, is operated by Native ("Native", "we", "us"), a web and product agency founded in 2026 by Julian Galluzzo and Bradford Huber. You can reach us at julian@native.agency.
Native operates from Quebec, Canada and Utah, USA. If you need our registered company details for a contract, an invoice or a legal notice, ask and we will provide them.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern work we do for clients. Paid engagements are governed by the separate written agreement or statement of work signed for that project. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
3. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it
- interfere with the site's normal operation, including by scraping it at a volume that degrades service for others
- submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, or not yours to send
4. Enquiries and briefs you send us
Submitting the brief form does not create a contract, an engagement, or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. We may decline any enquiry for any reason.
Do not send confidential information through the form. If you need confidentiality before you can describe the project, say so and we will put an NDA in place first. Information you send before an NDA exists is treated as non-confidential.
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to read it, store it, and use it to respond to you.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design, code, and the Native name and logo, belongs to Native or its licensors. You may view and share it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, or reuse our branding to present yourself as us or as connected to us.
Client names, logos, screenshots, and quotes shown as case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Nothing here grants you rights to them.
Ownership of work we produce for a client is set by that project's agreement, not by this page.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to sites we do not control, including our clients' sites and our own profiles on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.
7. Availability and accuracy
We publish this site as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Descriptions of how we work, including typical timelines and budget ranges, are indicative. They are not offers and not commitments. What we commit to for your project is what the signed agreement says.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Native is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. Work we do for you is governed by the agreement we sign for that project, which takes precedence over this page if the two ever disagree.
