About Native
Native is a small, but fast-growing agency built around one goal: to be an agency that makes sense in this new AI era. We help companies migrate off of traditional no-code site builders like Webflow & Framer to a more robust custom stack (Next.js + Sanity), while helping clients leverage AI to scale & manage their sites better than ever before.
While we are currently very strong on the development front, we’re looking to get stronger on the design front to build a world-class design offering on top of what we’ve currently built.
What we’re looking for is someone who is a proven designer with excellent taste who can help build this out. The ideal person is someone who craves freedom and agency and is excited to build alongside us in this AI era. The ideal candidate is someone who is quick to learn, has proven experience as a designer, and is passionate about working with AI to further what’s possible.
We see this as a highly valuable position for the right candidate with lots of growth opportunities. Compensation would consist of a base salary + rev share agreement to ensure this person is rewarded for the work they do.

What you would do
- Design marketing sites and brand identities for Native clients.
- Own projects end to end, from the first call to launch.
- Lead design calls with clients.
- Own and develop the Native design process.
- Design and work on internal apps & tooling for clients.
Requirements
- Strong senior design background.
- 2+ years experience working on branding & web design projects.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Experience working directly with clients.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Webflow or Framer experience.
- Motion and interaction design.
- Agency experience.
Compensation
Competitive base salary based on location + Rev Share per project.
